RGB Move – by Ryan Enn Hughes

There’s lots of the talk about convergence between stills and HD video using cameras such as Canon’s 5D mkII. But this is something different – shot on a Canon stills camera in stills mode, and using Broncolor flash units firing at around 10 frames per second (in fact the same kit as I have here at the studio). I think the result is brilliant but take a look and see for yourself. Also, note the soundtrack by beat boxer Scott Jackson. I’m out of breath just watching it!

  1. I agree – what a simple and effective technique. Might use it myself on day soon. Good find!
